Scientific activity
The scientific researches in the observatory are focused in the registration of the geophysical fields as well as in the theoretical fundamental scientific researches on the following directions:
(Geophysical Monitoring Laboratory),
(Geophysical Monitoring Laboratory),
(Laboratory for Dynamics of Geophysical Wave Fields),
(Laboratory for Paleomagnetism and Physicochemical Properties of Rock),
(Laboratory for Paleomagnetism and Physicochemical Properties of Rock),
(Geophysical Monitoring Laboratory).
Research projects of the Observatory are supported by grants of Russian and foreign scientific funds, federal scientific programs and programs of Presidium and Branch of Earth Sciences RAS. The observatory carries out collaboration with the foreign scientific organizations, participates in international geophysical project INTERMAGNET. The representative scientific meetings are carried in the observatory. Results of the investigations are published in leading Russian and foreign geophysical journals and reported in the scientific meetings.
